West of Jeju: Hyeopjae, Hallim & Seogwipo

The west side of Jeju Island is famous for its white sand beaches that line the coast – namely Aewol Gwakji Gwamul Beach (애월 곽지과물해변), Hyeopjae Beach (협재해수욕장) and Geumneung Euddeum Beach (금능으뜸해변) – where you’ll find windsurfers gliding from wave to wave along the crystal clear emerald waters. A bit further inland you’ll find O’sulloc Tea Museum (오설록 뮤지엄), the most well known spot on the island to immerse yourself in the green tea fields and learn about the history of tea cultivation in Jeju. Between sandy shorelines and fields of green, indulge in coffee in an abandoned grain factory, a freshly-caught seafood lunch, Jeju-brewed craft beer and infamous black pork BBQ for dinner.
