Hawaii Food Guide

Day 5: Hiking around Maui West

Once a retreat for Hawaiian royalty, Maui's West end is home to spectacular trails, beaches and stunning sunsets. Start your day with a leisurely walk through a lush forest of kukui, guava, and ohia trees, before lounging – and possibly snorkeling – at Napili Beach. In between, dishes of Mochiko Chicken, Baja Fish Tacos, and Hawaiian Taro Sweet bread with honey butter will keep you on an island-flavored food high.
